What we collect

When you submit a sponsorship inquiry we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone, and optionally your website, Instagram handle, goals, expected guest count and message. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone, topic and message.

We do not collect payment details on this site. Ticket purchases happen with our third-party ticketing provider under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, confirm sponsorship availability, prepare recognition assets, coordinate hospitality and event logistics, and send transactional email about your inquiry (for example, a confirmation or a reply from our team).

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.

Where it lives

Inquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (United States) and are accessible only to verified Freedom Fashion / The Power Project staff. Transactional email is delivered through Mailgun. Spam prevention uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect device and interaction data under Google's privacy policy.

Our video embed loads from YouTube only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Retention

We keep inquiry and message records for the current production and the following one so we can honor first-right renewal opportunities, then delete or anonymize them unless a sponsorship relationship is ongoing.

Your choices

Email brandi@the-powerproject.com to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us. We will respond within 30 days.

This site sets only the cookies required for security (reCAPTCHA) and, for staff, sign-in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
