This website is operated for Freedom Fashion, an annual runway experience produced by Brandi Voth / The Power Hat Co. and benefiting The Power Project Global ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

Sponsorship inquiries

Submitting a sponsorship inquiry expresses interest only. It does not reserve a level, guarantee availability or create a binding commitment for either party. Sponsorships are confirmed in writing after we follow up with you, and are subject to availability (for example, the Presenting partnership is limited to one partner and Platinum to two).

Sponsorship amounts shown on the site are current as of the date above and may change for future productions. Recognition and hospitality benefits are delivered as described in your written confirmation.

Tickets

Individual tickets are sold through a third-party ticketing provider linked from this site. That provider's terms govern purchases, refunds and transfers. Tickets are subject to availability and capacity; VIP seating is limited.

Freedom Fashion is a photographed and filmed event. By attending, guests should expect that they may appear in event photography or video used for promotional and media purposes.

Site content

Text, photography, video, logos and design on this site belong to Freedom Fashion, The Power Project or their licensors. You may share links freely; please do not reproduce content commercially without permission.

We aim for accuracy but the schedule, talent, venue details and offerings may change. We will update this site and notify ticket holders and sponsors of material changes.

Acceptable use

Do not use our forms to send spam, misleading information or automated submissions. We use spam-prevention measures (including Google reCAPTCHA) and may decline inquiries that appear fraudulent.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
